Privacy Policy — AI Agent Assistant: Agentic AI

This Privacy Policy explains how Little Tough LLC ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with the AI Agent Assistant: Agentic AI mobile application (the "Service"). We built the Service to collect as little about you as possible.

1. No account, no personal profile

The Service does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not ask for, and do not collect, your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, photographs, contacts, or location.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the following, and none of it is linked to your identity:

An anonymous user ID. The app generates a random identifier for your installation. It is not linked to your name or any other real-world identity. We use it to apply your free tasks, subscription, credits, and daily task limits.
Purchase history. Your subscription and credit-purchase status, processed by Apple, is associated with your anonymous user ID. We never receive your payment-card details.

We use this information for app functionality and for aggregate analytics about how the Service is used. This matches the App Privacy information we provide on the App Store: Purchases and Identifiers, not linked to you, and not used to track you.

3. Your conversations

Your conversations and custom agents are stored on your device. When you give an agent a task, the text of that task is sent to an AI model provider to generate the response and is used only for that purpose. Your conversations are never used to train AI models, and we do not build a profile from them.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, such as health, financial-account, or government-ID details, that you do not want processed by a third-party AI provider.

4. How we use information

We use the information above only to: provide and operate the Service; generate responses to your tasks; manage free tasks, subscriptions, credits, and daily limits; understand aggregate usage; prevent abuse and keep the Service secure; and comply with applicable law. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

5. Service providers

We share limited information with providers that help us operate the Service, each only as needed to perform their function:

Apple: app distribution and in-app purchases.
Subscription-management and cloud-hosting providers: to validate purchases and run the Service.
AI model providers, including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and Moonshot AI (Kimi): to generate responses. They receive the text of your task, not your identity.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Little Tough LLC, our users, or the public.

6. Data retention

Data on your device, including your conversations, custom agents, and anonymous user ID, remains until you delete it or delete the app. Purchase status and usage counters associated with your anonymous user ID are kept while the Service operates and may be deleted when no longer needed. Deleting the app removes the on-device identifier; a fresh install generates a new one.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

Delete your data: delete conversations in the app, or delete the app to remove all on-device data and disassociate your anonymous user ID.
Manage your subscription: in your Apple Account settings.
Ask us: email us at the address below with any privacy question or request.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 should use the Service only with a parent or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

10. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete information about you; contact us to make a request.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes are indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
